Sell your home with this cleaning checklist

wash it all

  • Let the light in! Clean the windows and window seals inside and out. 
  • Wash baseboards, door frames, doors, and light switches. 
  • Wash walls where needed. Grease, smoke and dust can adhere to walls and make the best decorating look dingy. 
  • Clean carpets to eliminate unwanted smells. 
  • Clean light all light fixtures and ceiling fans. 
  • Clean and organize all closets. 
  • Spruce up bed linens by washing the dust ruffle and fluffing comforter and pillows

  • Clean tile floor concentrating on the grout. 
  • Clean shower and tub, wash the shower curtain and replace the liner if needed. 
  • Remove all personal toiletries from the shower or bathtub. 
  • Clean countertops and sinks and remove personal items out of sight. 
  • Scrub the toilet inside and out thoroughly. Replace the toilet seat if necessary. 
  • Clean the floor and walls around the toilet. Don’t forget the baseboards! 
  • Organize the linen cabinets and closets.
